Ben Haggerty, a.k.a Macklemore. This man has done what no one else would do. What no one was brave enough to do, stand up for what’s right in his rap songs. He made meaningful songs that have helped millions, of course with the help of Mr. Ryan Lewis. Creating these songs that speak the truth and bring out what should be done is phenomenal. Instead of doing the usual and just rapping about sex and money. People like Ben and Ryan are changing the world day by day just with music. They are inspiring the many and the few, they are trying to create a new world. These people are my heroes. They have forever changed my life and given me the bravery to stand up for what’s right. These are the type of people who will overall make a change for a better. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis.

I get a lot of crap at school for the way that I look, how I style my hair, the fact that I have dreads. I get made fun of, called fat, told what I do is stupid and a “sin”. In the end I just brush them off and go on with my day. This is for all of you out there who have trouble with school or the people there. Stay strong, remember people put you down to make them feel bigger. Don’t let what they say get to you, what they say doesn’t matter. All that matters is that you’re happy with how you look. Don’t look a certain way for someone else because in the end it won’t matter to them. Live your life for you. Live in the moment and forget about them. You’re beautiful and amazing.
